Product identification

Each item is identified by its title, internal reference (SKU) and, where applicable, the batch information on its label or packaging. Keep your order confirmation e-mail: it allows us to identify the exact item concerned.

Composition and care

• The textile composition of each item is stated on its product page and label.
• Always follow the care label. Unless stated otherwise: machine wash cold or at 30 °C max, gentle cycle, no bleach, low-temperature or air drying, gentle ironing if needed.
• See our installation guide for correct fitting without excess strain on seams.

General warnings

• Keep home textiles away from open flames, candles, fireplaces and other intense heat sources.
• Covers and throws are not toys and are not safety equipment.
• Plastic packaging presents a suffocation risk: keep away from children.
• Small accessories (e.g. foam tuck-in strips) must be kept out of reach of young children.
• Stop using any item showing a defect that could affect safety, and contact us.

Reporting a safety issue

If you notice a safety defect on one of our products, contact us immediately at info@casamehome.fr (subject: "Product safety") with your order number and photos if possible. In the event of a product recall, we directly inform affected customers and publish the information on this page.
